Do unused contacts roll over?
Unused credits from valid paid periods remain until they are used. Credits tied to refunded, voided, disputed, or charged-back payments may be reversed.
Can I change plans at any time?
You can start a different paid plan from the Billing page. Downgrades and cancellations are handled by WhiteBridge billing.
